We stopped in on our way to NC. Hotel was nice and cleaner than I expected. Pool was ice cold and I think the heater was broken. I let the guy at the front desk know and he said he would have maintenance check it out. We drove 6-1/2 hrs to get there and my kids were really disappointed how cold the pool was. At least the beds were comfy. Breakfast and coffee were solid for hotel food.

Pool out of order. This is the 3rd or 4th time i have got a holiday inn express with a indoor pool for my kids and it has been out of order. They need to do better about keeping the pool open or letting people booking know that it is down. My kids were very upset.

Its my first time being at this hotel i enjoyed everything, the only issue i had was that the pool was under construction and my children could not go swimming

Service at front desk was excellent, but after that it was downhill. Pool was closed which was a big point for us cause of the kids. Then in one room we had there was no toilet paper, in the other room the bathtub was dirty. Tv was small and the picture was awful. Be coming back in a couple weeks and will be hard pressed to be staying here again.
