Enjoyed the hotel stay and trip overall. Stayed here 3 other times. Breakfast was excellent and David was very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was his pictures that were hanging of family and friends were taken down. The pictures added a home time feeling. It was one of the reason we have stayed here several times.

Reserved two suites for 1 night and when we arrived there was no one to velvet park so we drove around for several minutes trying to find somewhere to park. Finally found a parking garage behind the hotel that was extremely dark and dirty. My family could not walk down the steps because it was pitch black and had obviously been used as a bathroom often. I realize this is probably not the hotels fault but it all tied together for us. When we arrived in our suite it was unbelievably small. When we pulled the sleeper sofa out it almost touch the other bed. We could barely walk through the room without walking on a bed. I would never stay here again.

I traveled with my family of four. We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. The front desk manager, Kevin has done a great job in inspiring and leading his team. We will certainly stay here again!

I have never stayed in a hotel that the staff are more pleasant than this one! I’m still so amazed at the friendliness and how they all interacted with one another as well. It was nothing short of amazing! Location is great, breakfast was phenomenal and our room was awesome. Unfortunately we looked at a parking garage, but were hardly in our room anyway. I will definitely bring my entire family here the next time we’re in Nashville.

Had a wonderful first 3 nights. On the 4th day, they checked someone in with a dog and put them in the room across from us. The owners left the dog alone and it barked FOR HOURS. We complained to the front desk, along with several other families on the second floor, and NOTHING WAS DONE. They said, "This is a family property." No compensation, no "we are sorry for the inconvenience," nothing. It almost came to the point of us calling the police. We were told a manager would call us; still waiting on that call....

Overall a great home base for our trip to Nashville. It was within walking distance to many of the major attractions. We felt like the dining options within the hotel were a bit limited in variety and hours. The room was spacious & comfortable for a family of 4.
