The hotel and services were perfect for our family. It’s important to know to park in underground parking and then use elevator to the front desk for check in.

This hotel was just right for us. It’s conveniently located in walking distance to the Music Center conference venue. I had a work conference there and we decided to go as a family. It was easy for my wife and kids to walk around downtown Nashville to get food and site see. Plus they loved that the lobby had a pool table and games. Nashville is clean and they felt safe walking around, but is is loud and a little crazy so having activities at the hotel was a big bonus!!

We just became Home2Suite fans for life.
Aside from the surprise parking fee, we loved it here.
Great room, great breakfast, great rooftop pool and bbq areas with patio furniture, great laundry room (too few hotels have these!).
Parking is tight - large SUVs and trucks, if you're lifted you won't fit. Our stock Jeep was barely low enough to clear the underground garage height requirement and the stalls are all compact. Not ideal but I suppose it's too be expected at a downtown area hotel.
Not too bad of a walk to Broadway. Maybe 8-10 minutes.
Our family would stay here again. And at any Home2 locations if they're all as good as this one!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was within walking distance to many of the things we wanted to do in downtown nashville, including Broadway Street. We really enjoyed the activities and games in the lobby. The breakfast provided had great variety and was very good. Front desk staff was very helpful in answering questions and being accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. We appreciate it the kitchen area, especially the refrigerator. The bathroom was updated and clean as well. The only complaint we had during our two night stay was there was no trash can in the bathroom. To throw anything away, including sanitary products, we had to come out of the bathroom and use the trash can under the kitchenettes sink. Also it was disappointing that you could not access the staircase from the lobby area . Members of my family do not like using elevators and prefer the stairs so we had to go outside, walk into the parking garage and access the stairs in the parking garage to walk up to our room. Same for when we were leaving our room. We had to walk down to the parking garage and then walk to the entrance of the hotel to get to the lobby. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I always stay at the Hilton Home 2’s when I travel. Especially with older kids. This was the first time in Nashville with them. The hotel was clean, amenities were set up nicely. Things for teens to do in the lobby. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars and the convention center. Underground private parking was a nice bonus. Will be staying again.

The staff was exceptionally polite and attentive from the front desk to housekeeping and food service. The breakfast was surprisingly satisfying with so many choices. Definitely worth the stay! Oh and the lobby vibe is great for families with kids.

Hotel was phenomenal! From the smell when you walk in, cleanliness, breakfast with an amazing staff, and the games downstairs that the whole family enjoyed. It was a short walk to Broadway but far enough away where it was quiet.
