Clarion Hotel Nashville Downtown - Stadium

The property was being renovated during our stay, which was fine. The supervisor for housekeeping on the 8th floor ent above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The shuttle driver was wonderful! However, the dust in the room aggravated my husbands’ allergies. The room we were in hadn’t been renovated yet, and there was electrical tape holding the cord to the air conditioner together. Finally, we had to cancel our third night due to a family emergency. The clerk at the front desk assured us that he would approve a refund of that night through Expedia. However, he didn't respond to Expedia for several days then didn’t approve our refund. This was very disappointing.

Hotel was clean aside from construction debris. However, we were traveling with a 6 year old. Our intentions were to hit Broadway early day and spend time at the pool for the kid. There was absolutely no communication about pool closures. The option was to shuttle to a motel pool (gross) and then shuttle back. The shuttles never came when requested and we ended up having to pay for a 'Lyft'. The pool situation was a complete deal breaker for my family. Aside from that, management acted like everything was a joke when complaints were made, there was no hot water and the breakfast sucked. I would like to leave a raving review for our bartender Jordan. He was the best part of our stay. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I return. It is close to the strip and well priced but to not have a pool with a bad backup plan is not ok. There were many families who had the same intentions that shared the same frustration with us. In fact, many times the manager prioritized Broadway shuttles over pool shuttles.

The hotel is great hotel but for a family if you dont have a car to get around it further out bjt close to the airport. No food located around the area, have to order in. The shower pressure was very low, other than that the hotel was nice

Its average at best. Sink wouldnt drain until i pulled the plug all the way out. Also no plug for bathtub, so no easy bath for kids.

This property isn’t what I would consider downtown. I know it’s close but the river separates it. The staff were all very friendly. It’s very convenient to the stadium. But it was not in good condition. I would not feel comfortable with my young children in the room due to broken this or that which could cause injury. It does have a bar with food and this is a pretty significant plus for before and after the event. I wouldn’t feel good about walking to downtown with my wife after dark. The price was definitely crazy inflated. If they redid the property the price would be worth it but as of now they haven’t and it’s not.

The indoor pool was great for the kids, especially since it rained hard during our stay. We also enjoyed the shuttle van for convenient transport to Broadway Street.

Location across the river with shuttle and dl free parking. The area around the hotel was unpopulated except for the stadium. My family drive to the pedestrian bridge park and walked across for great views and extra activity.

We got multiple rooms for our friends and family. We enjoyed the proximity to downtown. We took the free shuttle to Broadway and walked back (20 minute walk). We had dinner and drinks at the bar, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was really good as well. We would book again for the price and location to downtown.

The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, I called and maintenance did come immediately. The next morning when showered the knob to turn water on fell off in hand, we were able to get it back on and finish bathing. There were bus loads of teenagers there and the morning breakfast was a nightmare. The restaurant couldn’t keep up with the demand. The children left the dining area a disaster, I felt sorry for the kitchen staff. Far to expensive for what we got.

My first family trip out of town with a 8month old and was beyond scared to get scammed out my money but IT WAS AMAZING look just like the pictures. Worth every dime ! Only had one bug (Thank God it was nothing worse) within our two night stay. We’ll be booking again!
