Wingate by Wyndham Murfreesboro - Newly Renovated

Murfreesboro is at the halfway point between our family in Kansas City and where we live. This Hotel was very nice, clean, accommodating, affordable and was very pleasant experience. Only stayed one night, but when we travel again to Kansas City, and back home, or if we want to explore Murfreesboro or nearby Nashville, I will most likely book again with this hotel! One of the best hotels I stopped in.

Excellent staff. Manager was very accommodating four our family. Storms had made our check in really late and they allowed us to sleep in longer. Beautiful facilities and clean comfy room. Excellent 5 stars

If you get migraines triggered by scents this is not the place for you. They have scent dispensers all over the hotel and in the hallways. I could smell it on my hair when I left the hotel each day. Very friendly staff and a decent breakfast for kids.

Love this property. The rooms are spacious and the designs are modern. Absolutely love the bed. Slept like a baby. Will definitely stay many more times

I arrived early, before noon and asked to check in. The desk clerk informed me there was a $10 per hour fee for early check in. So because I was 6 hours ahead of my due time I would need to pay an additional $60-$70. I asked if this was policy and if so show me where it is written. He never showed it to me…never. Because, I was there for a game with my family and my daughter needed to login for work I went ahead and paid $50 for my early check in. I later called anther Wyndham property and was told that information wasn’t true. For early arrivals there is a $27 flat rate fee for early check in. I will not stay at another Wyndham property. There’s nothing posted on the website about an early check in fee. So if you stay and need to check in before noon watch out for the EARLY CHECK IN FEE.

We found a child’s broken molar (tooth) when we went to pull back the sheets of one of the beds. We contacted front desk, she brought us a clean set of sheets which I had to change out myself. No manager was available to speak with, the front desk could not tell me when the manager would be in.

We needed a spot for a quick overnight stay while a family member was in the hospital and this worked well. Everything was nicely updated and clean. Nice products in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was not kept as fully stocked as we would have expected, but it was good and adequate.

There needs to be better insulation in the rooms. You hear doors slamming all hours of the night and early morning. Also, the pillows are brutal and house keeping was bare bones at best. One bed in our room with 2 queens was not made 3 out of 4 nights and the one that was made, looked like a child made it. Would likely not stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with an even more lovely staff! From meeting Jay, Mary, and Michalynn, my family’s stay was lovely. The front lobby smells AMAZING. Not sure what they used but it is noticeable and pleasing. The beds were comfortable and we loved the updated bathrooms. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better, but it was still ok. I would definitely stay here again!
