avid Hotel Nashville - Lebanon, an IHG Hotel

Chose this hotel because it was close to the school our son was taking a class at. Very convenient location right off I-40. Really not our "style" of hotel. Feels like a school locker room. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. No coffee in the room, but it is available in the lobby all the time. Also, way too noisy!! At 8 am on Saturday morning I was sure someone was letting their kids play in the hall right in front of our door, but when I opened the door there was no one in the hall and the noise was coming from another room. Our son (who stayed the whole week at the hotel) commented that the noise was really bad - that they had really skimped on insulation.

Very clean and comfortable. Genuinely nice staff. Coffee was delicious. Our family stayed for the birth of a first baby.

Super clean, great place to stay with kids

On the grand scheme the stay was good. Loved the bed... the hot water... the in-room iron & ironing board. The room however was much less than I would have expected for the rate. No table but a ledge. A baby fridge able to hold little bottles upright. Overall it served the purpose and I am ultra thankful there weren't any bugs or loud talking people.

During the 4-night stay, we had 2 adults and 3 young children in one room. When we arrived, there was only 3 towels available in the bathroom. That was strike #1. I assumed that the room would be tidied up each day by the cleaning staff (trash removed, wet towels removed, new towels left, TP added). My assumption was wrong. During a 4 night stay, the cleaning staff never visited our room. I had to get new towels at the front desk. I requested a room cleaning after 3 nights at the front desk. However, the next day, no cleaning staff every showed up. I was very disappointed given the large cost per night that I would have to do so much to have a clean room and clean towels.
