The staff went above and beyond! The staff at breakfast made an impression on our family with their friendliness and helpfulness. Wish all our hotel stays were like this!

Very quiet, but near plenty of places to eat and shop for things forgotten. I had a beautiful view to the east and was able to watch the sun rise. Breakfast was simple and filling. I will absolutely be back and refer friends and family here!

Spring Break in Knoxville we came in to see family for long weekend...we LOVE the location for our needs...the 2 Queen Suite is HUGE and is big enough for family of 4 and a crate for our Dog (20 Lb Schnauzer)...Hotel is clean..front staff is great...they do a pretty good included hot./cold breakfast especially with COVID restrictions can be challenging. Only thing was the indoor pool was FRIGID..(I swear it was warmer in Dec 2020 when we came ha) but really NOT a deal breaker was nice to jump in after a workout with my kids :) Overall i highly recommend and this is our GO TO hotel when we come to Knoxville
