It was a quick couple's get away...just an overnight to slip away from work and family for the evening. It was perfect

Check in was nice and pleasant. Front desk was always friendly. Enough space for my family of 6.

We stayed here for a baseball tournament right around the corner. The kids loved the gym and being able to all hang out around the hotel. It was nice having the pullout mattress and the couch for extra sleeping areas.

Best hotel we’ve stayed at for family of 6. Plenty of room for the whole family, clean and great breakfast! We were on our way to Gatlinburg and this was our half way stop. We had a blow out and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 3 am, loved the fact checkout was later than most hotels. My husband was able to go to a tire shop the next day, while the kids and I stayed in the room not having to worry about being rushed out.

Great family place to stay!

The room was nice and comfy. The pool was outside and my son loved it. It was secluded and big enough for several children. The staff was friendly. When we arrived at the hotel, signs stated it was a smoke free hotel. However, a staff member would smoke in front by the door. You could smell it by the entrance. Also, on the 4th floor as we walked to our room, we could smell someone smoking weed in their room. We thought it was a smoke-free hotel!

It was great for a 1 night stay for a family of 4.

My family & I unexpectedly stayed at this property for 2 weeks & I must say we felt like we were amongst family. The continental breakfast was great, the staff was pleasant, & the rooms were spacious. Choose Marriott Springhill; you won’t be disappointed.

Great stay. Room was perfect for a family of 5. Great breakfast and amenities. Will stay here again if we’re in the area.

Came early not busy front desk lady cherry was nice polite even let kids swim while waiting for room but, after hour and half and several others getting in rooms no reservation I asked cherry said she was waiting on houdpse keeping could be an hour or two more. I have traveled to 6 hotels this trip and no problem housekeeping just got a room ready in about an hour but here was not happening cherry asked it I wanted manager for housekeeping I said yes well she was busy at time. So I asked about not having to pay if I just hit the rode cherry said I would NOT be charged. I said just cancel reservations got my kids and grandkids in van I went to restroom came out then housekeeping said a room came available but I already loaded up her excuse was she is way short handed and could not get ANY 2 QUEEN rooms ready in 2 hours and that her laundry room is full of laundry and bedding was not ready:( but when on vacation we don’t really care about hotel staffing issues sorry to be rude. I just left and will never get another Springhill Suites I’ll stay with Drury and Hilton
