Comfort Suites

It was family friendly, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice!

Had a get TOGATHER with family for the 4th of july it was wonderful beds were comfy breakfast was good staff was great highlu recommended

Our beds were surprisingly comfortable, which is always a bonus after a long road trip! The staff was extremely kind. The pool and waffle maker were a huge bonus for my kids. There's several restaurants that you can literally walk to from the hotel. We will definitely be back when we visit my family the next time.

This hotel made me uncomfortable right from the start. There was a funky odor throughtout the hotel. The check-in went smoothly, but when I got to my room the bedding was ruffled and there was a brochure on the floor and there was visible dust/dirt on the entryway floor against the wall.. Why would a cleaner leave a room like this? So I asked for another room. The girl at the front desk appologized and gave me a room on a different floor. This one was much better. But there were just little things, uneven curtains, stains on the carpet and curtains, one drawer my kids opened had a sticky spot that hadnt been cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was meager. The waffle batter was runny, the juice machine was out of order and they did not offer a substitute for it. And to top it off, this was not a cheap place to stay. I'd pass this one by next time.

Nice an clean good hot breakfast and nice indoor pool we had are young grandchildren with us and she enjoyed everything about breakfast and the indoor swimming pool

The staff was very kind and accommodating to my needs and my family. They were friendly and helpful as I was in Columbia Tenn to see my dad before he passed away the weekend I was at the hotel. The experience was almost as nice as a five star hotel but a five star staff!

the indoor pool was supposedly at 82 degrees. but it felt like air conditioner was on in the pool room. when i ask about turning heat up in the room i was told it was preset and could not be altered. after spending some time in the cold water, i realizes circulating water was only coming out of half of the jets. 6:00 pm no towels in the pool area. small children with us found 2 empty beer cans under bed in our room. shower in one room stopped working second day.

The hotel itself seemed a bit older, but it has definitely been updated, which was nice. The room was a great size for my family of five. The pool didn’t have any towels whenever I took my kids down in the evening, but other than that we had a very pleasant stay.

The room, breakfast and pool were great! Our tv couldn’t get a signal so we couldn’t watch anything. That was a bummer especially since we were on the top floor. We weren’t there a ton so is wasn’t too bad, but a disappointment nonetheless. My children loved it. We would definitely choose Comfort Suites again when traveling.

There were cigarette buts everywhere outside the building in the flower beds and parking lot, it was disgusting. We always had to ask for more towels for our room and they never had any clean ones available and if they did they didn’t have as many as we needed. Being a family of 5 I would think having 5 clean towels would be easy. We weren’t informed that the pool area wasn’t working properly, we went swimming, the room and water was freezing!!! I told them at the front desk and they said they knew about it and someone was coming to fix it. That’s fine. But a sign stating that the area was freezing cold would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. We did swim for 2 days there, but there were never any towels so we had to ask the front desk each time for towels. Our room wasn’t very clean when we pulled out the couch bed there was old dog biscuits that apparently were left by previous stays. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and the fact we had to ask for a lot of different things, and you had to catch someone at the front desk which was a feat in itself. It just wasn’t what we were expecting, we will be staying at a different hotel from now on.
