Holiday Inn Express Cleveland Northwest, an IHG Hotel

We are just traveling through heading back to Missouri from Florida for vacation. The hotel looks like it is getting updates and improvements. Our only complaints would be our bathroom door looks to have water damage and our room smelled musty. Also, we used the pull out couch and it was very noisy and the mattress was in bad shape. It sunk bad and my older kids that slept on it did not sleep well. I think next time, we would get a second room if we needed to do this again. The staff were all very friendly, especially Cathy in the breakfast area. She was so kind and made us feel like we were in her kitchen, even when she was the only one working and running around like crazy!

2 night stay to visit family. Room was great - coffee maker, microwave and fridge was good to have. Breakfast was terrific. Lots of choices.
