Holiday Inn Clarksville Northeast, An Ihg Hotel

Hotel was decent enough for what it was, even though i expect much more from a Holiday Inn. Staff were rude to me at check-in but were okay with my wife. Hotel room was clean but a/c unit was dirty and very loud when running. There was some kind of baseball tournament in town during our stay and several stayed at this hotel. There were children running up and down the hallways and yelling and screaming during the hotels quiet hours. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Excellent service! My family and I love this hotel! The employees are so kind, the food at Burger Theory is very good, and the facility is so clean.

It was a wonderful stay overall! The rooms, staff, and location were perfect for our family. The only draw back was that the pool's heater was out so we couldn't swim over our 4 day Thanksgiving trip. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We got this hotel because it had a heated indoor pool. When we get there you have off duty staff members and their family acting out around my two kids and wife and making the pool use terrible. They also had alcohol on the table in front of kids and my children. One of the older kids went outside to get an adult and the off duty staff member came in and hid the alcohol after about 20 minutes. I also wonder why kids know access codes to restricted areas too. Seems like the management isn't up to par. I wish I could get a refund.

My family and I really enjoyed Holiday Inn in Clarksville! The room was spacious and clean. The pool was warm and clean. The restaurant Burger Theory provides an excellent breakfast with a very nice server! I would encourage families to stay here!

Overall the design of the hotel is great; however are things that need to be addressed. No water pressure with the shower head. Added feature would be to have a handheld shower head to be able to throughly rinse off. The bathroom faucet was located too far back from the sink, causing water to get onto the counter and not into the sink. Toilet paper holder needs to be moved for easier access, had to turn sideways while sitting on the toilet to get the toilet paper. After doing this a few times, the toilet seat became loose. We stayed 4 nights; however, we received no room service, cleaning and/or restocking of coffee in our rooms. The housekeeper stated we were not on the list to have any services for our room. I think after 2 days we should be able to get clean towels and wash clothes and restocking of the coffee supplies. The front desk staff were also e, friendly and very professional! Loved the free popcorn and beverages offered each day! I believe breakfast should be offered free for all customers and not just kids. After all most all hotels offer this service, unsure why you all don’t. The kids really enjoyed the pool!! Even with the things I mentioned, I would stay again.

I didn’t like the fact that they ran out of clean washcloths and didn’t have enough in the room from the beginning. Nice looking hotel but our room had mold in it. My family started coughing and sneezing during the night. Stay was very unpleasant.

Very nice, beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
