Our family had a wonderful stay here for 5 nights! Check in was quick and efficient by a young lady. Our room was perfect for the 4 of us. Housekeeping did a great job, daily with our room. The indoor pool was actually heated!!! Most hotels say heated pool but are always too cold to enjoy. We swim everyday. Someone was always vacuuming, cleaning windows or public restrooms! One the the cleanest hotels in years. Sharon, the nightly bartender was super friendly. Very engaging! Loved the nice towels and sheets in our room. Lots of restaurants, bars and activities close to the hotel. Would highly recommend Embassy Suites!!!

Traveling with a family of 6; we stayed in one room. It was clean. It was a smaller space for the beds but the bathroom was bigger - it was great overall. Pool and gym were nice and clean. The foyer area was gorgeous - art installations and two classic cars and high ceilings. Very impressive when first arriving.

The entire hotel was completely immaculate. Courteous staff, and we enjoyed the complimentary reception and breakfast. The kids loved the pool! We appreciate the hospitality greatly.

My family and I had a nice weekend trip to Chattanooga. The hotel is in a great location and very convenient to many shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel was very nice, very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful & has everything you would want at a great price. Check in was smooth, our entire family was comfortable and welcomed by the great staff. The pool, happy hour, front desk staff, size of the rooms, and breakfast were things we enjoyed the most.

Nice room, staff super friendly, location convenient to family. Probably could benefit from some organization of breakfast line ups (lots of people and some confusion of where to line up).
