Great half way stop for our family

Very clean, nice spot for families, breakfast could have been better but otherwise would recommend.

The hotel was mostly okay. It was clean, convenient location. The pool and fitness center were nice. Breakfast was a normal “hotel breakfast”. Complaints about the hotel and reasoning behind lower rating: 1)The mini fridge in our room barely worked at all. 2) It was either really cold or really hot in the room. The AC unit would kick on but one bed was right next to AC unit. That half of room was really cold at night and other half was hot. 3) As a mom of several small children, the set up of the room was very difficult. The bathroom was in the center of the room right by the beds and the door to the bathroom had a door that was partially glass so when someone may get up to use the restroom at night it was disturbing to everyone trying to sleep as it put a lot of light in the room and door wouldn’t shut all the way. 4) Layout of room was wrong and small and hard to get around in at all. 5) Fire alarm light was very distracting as it flashed bright green all night and was much more bright then just a consistent light on. 6) it was loud at night from other guests but this isn’t a fault of the hotel except that walls seemed thin.

We stayed at the hotel for our vacation trip with our kids, front desk staff was very friendly, check in was a breeze, our room was very clean and beds were comfy. Their breakfast bar was amazing with many choices, I would stay in this hotel again if traveling.

The room was nice, staff were friendly. Unfortunately, we came for a family vacation and the pool was closed for cleaning when we wanted to use it.

Nice hotel in a nice area. Suite was nice for our family of four. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast.

There was not enough staff for this hotel. There was only one person checking people in, and bless her heart, she was about in tears by the end of the night. Manager was no where to be found. We weren’t able to get into our rooms because the doors were not responding to the keys… multiple guest had this issue. It took too long to fix the problem so we had to pack our things back into our car because we had an event to go to. Upon returning and trying to get my kids to bed there was not proper bedding for the pull out bed. Called down to get two sets of sheets, two blankets, and two pillows and was told there was not house keeping at the hotel. I’d need to come down to the front desk to pick up items. Not a huge deal but annoying with 4 kids and previous key issue and for $250 a night I’d expect better service. Definitely won’t be staying here again

The hotel was not family friendly at all and the franchise owners even forced a group of young boys across the street to play corn hole, claiming they could not play anywhere on the grounds. Police were present twice in the 3 nights we stayed wearing gloves making everyone uncomfortable not knowing what was happening. They only had 2 washing machines and hosted a boys baseball tournamnet, which was definately not enough. Breakfast did not even start until after the boys had to leave for the day. Overall, the experience was one of the worst we have experienced.

Really nice! We were able to get adjoining rooms for our family of 6(which was great), clean spacious rooms and they had a good breakfast.
