Loved it the women at the front desk was friendly and most helpful. My kids and I were on a road trip and after being in a car all day they wanted food and swimming. She gave us coupons for a pizza place and we got to swim until midnight! That was a huge bonus that the pool was open so late. More places should do this. We stay at a lot of hotels and this one is top for us for those reasons.

The beds were comfortable.
The room smelled when we arrived so i had the window open most of the time. Bathroom is tiny. Pool is tiny, hot tub was nice and hot but the chlorine was so strong on the whole room that my kids left coughing and ask of us with red eyes. And, no pool towels the night we arrived or again in the morning.
Breakfast was just ok. Coffee had grounds in it.
Service not very friendly. No greeting or smile when we arrived.
Not with the price we paid, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Had 3 queen beds for 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Room overlooked freeway and was next to the pool which was a little noisy. Room was clean and comfortable but bathroom mirror was set too high for 12yo to see. Breakfast was good but no one was wiping tables. Outside landscaping was something to be desired but back area where we walked the dog was descent.

We chose the king-size 1-bedroom suite. It worked perfectly for us. Our infant slept in a pack n play in the large bathroom. Adults in the king room, and kids in the living room with the furniture pushed together. The kitchen was helpful to have. The pool was cold but still swimmable. Breakfast was an average hotel breakfast, which isn't my style, but works for most.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel!
Check-in wasy easy and the front desk worker was so friendly. She even let us stay in the pool late! The hotel and our room was absolutely impeccably clean! We have traveled all over the world and this is one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Even though it was just a quick overnight stay, everything about it was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thanks for a great stay!

Pool was beyond freezing cold, choose to stay here so kids could swim. Pool was freezing cold. No elevator so my mom struggled with the stairs also. Continental Breakfast was awful, no meat and 49 minutes to refill. Toaster broken so couldn't even have a warm piece of bread. Wouldn't recommend this place! Manager shrugged off my concerns and was quiet rude about it. Not sure I'll ever stay at this property brand again at this point!!!!
