This place is nice BUT if you are traveling with a family this is NOT the hotel to stay at. The rooms are tiny, very small with not much room to move around & ZERO storage, no closet. Good luck fitting a crib in there. Also a design flaw of the hotel is that there is no canopy over the entrance of the hotel, so when you are trying to pack up your vehicle & its raining.... good luck. Parking is atrocious. Breakfast was ok, although i couldnt really dispose of my breakfast trash because all of the trash cans were over flowing, i just thought that was odd that no one emptied them the entire 30 minutes we were down there.

Katie, Crystal, and Erickson all did a great job with welcoming my family and my wife and I were there in May and the hospitality brought me and my family back this time

I liked that they had a kid friendly commons area. Fire pit outside, clean, and nice view. Room had everything we needed and quiet and clean!

It was so-so. I don’t like the different “levels” of hotels at this entire chain that’s connected in one building. It almost makes you feel inferior per se. Or wonder which “level” you are since there are other “upper class” Hilton and Marriotts within the same building. The hotel itself was eco-friendly. Almost too eco friendly. The rooms were smaller, as well as the bathroom. No microwave! With all of these restaurants all over town, we were disappointed that we couldn’t take leftovers back! Yes, there was a fridge, but it didn’t freeze anything, just barely cold enough. We had troubles keeping our room “unhumid” we were at the opposite end of the building as the pool, so I’m not sure if the windows just leaked. The air was on full blast. I did appreciate that you could keep a continuous fan on their ventilation system. No closet or drawer space- so when I mean eco friendly, it REALLY is. The front desk staff was nice but it seems like her family either worked there or were hanging out because a younger man interrupted her while she was checking us in. He dropped a sign on her desk and said, “this fell down” and she turned to him and replied back, “not now!” Breakfast was complimentary but no one knew how to maintain it. The milk was gone almost the entire time and was refilled 10 minutes before they closed breakfast down! I wouldn’t be surprised if my daughter got her diarrhea from it!

It was all great if I was just there to party or gamble. Unfortunately, I did not know you have to enter the casino to get to this hotel upstairs, and I had 3 kids. We were tired, it was late; parking was confusing, luckily the pizza place in the casino is open til 3am so that was great. The pizza was good, the hotel staff was all great. Breakfast was limited and just okay, with limited seating. Place was clean, which was pleasing. Room was good but small with not much tabletop or countertop space to put things or to eat. AC made a loud noise when we first walked in. Most importantly though, it was clean and comfortable enough so we slept good, then left right after breakfast. Good for the price.

We loved our stay here. The room was very nice and clean. Nice views. The weekend desk staff wasn’t overly friendly but nice. The breakfast attendant was working really hard to keep everything stocked and run back and forth for people. While the desk people were talking to each other. I kinda felt bad for the breakfast attendant. They had plenty of food options. The casino down stars was nice including the flyt restaurant ! Everything was 5 stars. We will stay here again. Remember if you bring children casinos are for adults only. They will not let children into the casino. This is an adult trip.
