The beds were great, Pillows were amazing. The morning staff was not the friendliest. The breakfast had several cinnamon rolls that were covered in mold. My kids ate mold…. I went up to the rest of the breakfast buffet and found the majority had mold on them. The breakfast staff brushed it off.

This was probably one of the nicest rooms we've had in a while. My only complaint was the mattress was too soft. We stayed in a 2 queen suite with the pull out sofa. I let them know we would be using the sofa bed and they had it clean with sheets ready in our room. The room was handicap accessible, not at our request, but I did enjoy the larger bathroom and everything at a lower height because it was easier for the kids to reach. We didn't try the breakfast because we were in town visiting family, but will definitely use this hotel again the next time we are in town.

Our stay at this hotel was exceptional. It was clean and the employees were very friendly. The pool was on the smaller side but our kiddo had a ton of fun anyway. Despite being by a major roadway, it was a quiet stay. The breakfast had many options and did not disappoint. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was smooth, and the customer service was friendly. The room was super clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The hotel offered refreshment drinks and snacks in the evening for guests, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. My family and I were extremely pleased with our stay.

This experience was not good. So i had two rooms. One for the kids and one for us. Well in the middle of night daughter called stating that someone walked into their room. Of course angered, questioned feont desk. Then told that they gave another customer a key to our room because it was booked twice. No compensation or concern for the kids... surely a system would tell if a room is occuppied already or not. Not a good scene
