The location and room were great! Even though it was under remodelation we did not experience any delays or inconvenience because of it. The front ladies were amazing and super helpful when we needed something for the room. We loved all of the nearby restaurants and Indoor trampoline park nearby! Our kids had a blast and we will definitely come back here next time we are in town.

The staff at this property were outstanding! Kind, respectful and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Amenities were great as well. For the price of the room, I was not impressed with the bed quality, and the room furniture looked very worn and old. No drawers for clothes. There are NO handicapped rooms. Only hearing accessible. My handicapped family could not take a bath or shower because they could not get into the tub. No luggage rack in the closet. The coffee maker was terrible in the room. But coffee was always available downstairs in the lobby. All in all it was a good 2 day stay for my family. The amazing staff at the hotel made up for the small issues we came across on the property.

real close to highways, easy on easy off. A lot of traffic on Woodruff Rd during peak hours. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, stuff for kids close by (go kart track, putt-putt golf). Downtown Greenville is a must visit and is within a 10-15 minute drive. The hotel was clean, pool was clear and clean. Only minor complaint, is breakfast ends at 10am and even if you are in the process of putting food on your plate....the staff is packing it away and throwing it away. whether you were reaching for it or not. I got a bowl of cereal and as I turned to reach for the milk, the milk had been removed and poured out and we were curtly told that breakfast ended sharply at 1000am. Other than that incident I would reccommend staying there, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Staff was great, breakfast was fine for what it was. Pool access could have been better (you have to walk out the front door of hotel), but pool was great for my kids. Easy access off of interstate, and plenty of restaurants and stores were close by. Duvet was a little lumpy long, but the bed was comfortable. If it hadn't been booked solid the following week when I came back through town, I would have stayed there again.
