Staff was super friendly. Everytime we left the room we felt so welcomed. They have a social hour every monday to wednesday from 5 to 7.The hotel room itself was so beautiful.Everything was so clean,plenty of space within the room.The bathrooms are very spacious and we had plenty of towels.Overall we had an amazing experience. The ladies in the front were amazing,very helpful with everything. They were super attentive to me and my family. Oh!and i cant forget about the pool.My kids loved the pool. They also have a gym next to the pool.

Breakfast had many options all were good. The hotel was clean and well taken care of as well as the staff was friendly. Soaps and shampoo conditioner all really nice products. Size of the room was perfecr for large family

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the housekeeping. They knocked on the door every 30-45 minutes asking to come in even though we told them we were staying until check-out. I even called the front desk to confirm check-out time so we well within our time. The last housekeeping person was extra rude and told us we had stayed over our time. staff was relentless on our day of check-out. For a couple with small children, on their first overnight date night in several years, wanting to sleep in, the housekeeping staff was rude! That part was frustrating and annoying.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We enjoyed the snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. It was perfect for our family.

Everything was good. The only thing was the comfort and size of the pull-out sofa. At other hotels, the pull-out is a trundle bed, which creates a lot more room. Our two adult children traveled with us. Our son is 6’6, so he totally couldn’t fit on the twin sleeper sofa. The breakfast was very good. Loved having the kitchenette in the room.

We chose this hotel based on its reviews and their indoor pool for our children to use for energy outlet from our long journey. Turns out the pool is FREEZING cold I don’t understand what hotel has a indoor pool that is not heated….rude breakfast staff commenting on my pajamas as I was getting breakfast for my family, dirty room that’s been worn down under sink trash left from previous guests, sink /shower slimy and worn down sink drain is broken….the rubber molding on floor came up …..overall for the price and reviews I am so baffled to why this hotel is so recommended , it’s next to a main road so my kids can’t run around on the property. Will never return.

So when I got there I realized I had booked the wrong room.. keep in mind I had booked a king suite and I had 2 adults and a child with me. The man at the desk helped me and within 20 minutes, gave me a room with two queens just like I needed. I was telling him I was there to see my brother graduate from army basic training.. and he was also telling me how he used serve. Thank you for the wonderful service, hot breakfast and dinner, and your service!
