It was amazing. Very clean and the staff was amazing. The beds were very very comfortable and they gave us directions to Fort Jackson for family day and Graduation! Differently recommend!

The area this property was in was not the best. The room was great but I probably wouldn’t stay in this area again with 2 small children alone.

Front desk and breakfast buffet staff were welcoming and very friendly. Aside from the usual chain restaurants, there were not a lot of family friendly dining options in the immediate area. We enjoyed using the fitness center, the pool area was not inviting though. Most disappointing was that we did not receive any housekeeping service on Saturday.

It was okay. Apparently group of guest was using pool area for a family argument. Management or front desk never came ask them to leave or go to their room.

Had an awesome stay the room was being renovated. The check out attendant told my child she looked poor. A big turn off for me Check in staff was excellent.

Me and my family had a comfortable stay. There were minor issues but I spoke with the staff and the situation was handle. The staff was friendly and very helpful to make sure we didn't have any more issues. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable.
