This hotel has so many amazing perks, it is literally smack in the middle of everything from restaurants on all sides, the beach is literally a 10 minute walk on either direction, live music in the park directly in front of the hotel which you can listen to from the rooftop bar. There is a free trolley that picks up directly in front of the hotel and will drive you anywhere on the island, we absolutely loved our bartenders Scott and Chet they were extremely friendly and enjoyed spending our evenings talking with them, unfortunately the bartender downstairs did not provide the same friendly experience, she also charged more for beer which seemed off. The hotel itself smells very clean and is renovated. Negatives: the pool is a lot smaller than the picture shows, my baby needed a travel crib, it smelled weird and was unusually small for my 9 month old. Our shower was spraying water all over the floor which the housekeeper said was typical so we had to use literally 5 towels to keep the water from overflowing onto the floor. When we asked for no housekeeping since my daughter's toys were laid out on the floor on a sheet we brought from home we received an unusual attitude about it, we thought we were making it easier for them to not have to clean throughout our stay, but this bothered them. Overall, we would stay here again if we did not have the baby.

This is a beautiful property in an amazing location. The staff seem a little unprofessional and unmotivated. We were checked in by a nice young woman. She was the only one with true customer service. We wanted to order food downstairs, but the lady working that area was no where in sight, she had to be called. Her attitude was pretty blah. She did not give me a menu, just said “all we have is veggie flatbread and hot wings….the wings are pre made” I declined. Later that night we went to the roof top bar which closes at 10. It was 915 and the guy had shut down. The tv was on, but he “let” us order one drink, told us to enjoy the roof top (with all the lights out) while he cleaned up, informed us we had to leave once he was done cleaning (early). When we said we thought they closed at 10, his reason was well no on was up here. We took our drinks down stairs to the “bar” and the lady from earlier was on the phone leaning on the bar. Another family came over for food and she gave them the same enthusiasm she gave us about the food. Only now they had burgers, which they ordered. The lady actually said “Im nervous about the food based on her demeanor” when that “bar” closed, the lady just shut everything down. Closed the door on the cold fridge and just shut down. Didn’t ask if we need anything else, didn’t say your welcome to stay. Completely ignored. We ordered snacks from the nice lady from check in. Next morning no one was at checkout to assist us. We had to knock on the door.
