We had a family emergency which caused us to re-book our vacation. Management was unwilling to refund us for our previous booking nor would they facilitate a credit. There are other hotels in the area, but I guess they don't know that. We first contacted them 9 days ahead of our reservation.

Wonderful space. Great value. The kitchen was one of the most useful I’ve seen in a hotel— dishwasher, stove top, microwave, sink and full fridge. Also the pool was clean and staff were so quick to get us extra towels or anything we needed. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! I took a couple points off comfort because the couch pull out bed was a bit like a hammock, so make sure you put the kids out there, it’s really not suitable for adults.

My family and I stayed here for 1 night only before flying out the following morning. This property is the very definition of convenient if you’re returning a rental car and flying out of T. F. Green airport. The rental return is literally the very next property entrance when leaving the hotel, and then a quick walk via the skywalk to the airport. I would definitely recommend this property for that purpose. There is also a gas station pretty close by, and a couple of dining options.

The hotel has plenty of parking and a safe area, along with great staff. The front desk and bar were very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed about was the uncomfortable bed. My family couldn’t sleep well and we all had backaches after sleeping there

I literally have no complaints other than perhaps the room being smaller than I anticipated for a corner king. However the facility was immaculately clean for it to be sold out and a school vacation week. The pool was busy with children but there were more than enough clean towels and space to hang out. What blew me away about this place, the age of bad service, is how genuinely kind and helpful the staff was. It didn’t feel forced, I truly felt like they wanted me and my nieces to enjoy our stay. I would definitely go back especially when I plan sleepovers with my nieces that like to swim.

Great location within 10 - 15 minutes of downtown and next to the airport with shuttle service available. Our room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold food in a pleasant breakfast room. Because it was school vacation week, the pool was always full of kids, so I didn’t use it, but both the pool and gym were otherwise inviting with lots of natural light. We’ll stay here again when in the area.

I came to the higher for the second time to come see a family member that was Ill. Everything was great I didn't have any issues with the facility. Love that its right by the train
