What an amazing time. Staff was so accommodating. Nalica was amazing and treated my children so well. We will surely be back. Very clean and enjoyed the dairy free option of oat milk for my little one with an intolerant belly!

The staff was friendly and helpful as always. The Hyatt Place is always our family's favorite place to stay while in Pittsburgh. The rooms are always clean and stocked and the staff pays immediate attention, if we need anything.

Stayed with my wife and daughter. Called the front desk asking for a down free pillow for my wife she is highly allergic to down feathers. The evening shift front desk kid was rude and refused to find us any extra pillows and a pack and play for our 9 month old daughter. We found one down free pillow that my wife used and i ended up having to sleep with out a pillow after stripping the bed of any down filled items. The room had no soap and when we asked for some the same front desk attend acted as if it was a burden and had an attitude when we asked for some. The morning front desk worker was very nice and did help get us an airport shuttle.

It is an affordable option but I really regret not paying a bit more per night to stay elsewhere. I read through the reviews before booking and all the excellent ratings and good overall score swayed my decision to choose Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport/Robinson Mall. It is in bad need of updating all around. The floor we stayed on absolutely reeked of strong weed smell, which my kids hated. Our room smelled stale and old. The carpets were vacuumed but old, filthy and stained. We all wore socks in the room the entire time and kids couldn’t play with toys on the floor as they normally would. All surfaces had to be wiped down because they were visibly dirty. The body wash bottle in the shower had a little dark colored dried up booger stuck to the pump. My kids really needed a bath and I had to wash out the tub. Swiping with a cloth revealed a dirty film that covered the whole thing. No telling when it was last actually cleaned. The pool was in bad need of repaint, had dirt accumulated in patches on the bottom, and had worn out pool furniture. There was only one elevator in operation which meant waiting at times to get to and from room. I don’t write reviews even when something isn’t great but wanted to share my honest experience because I can not understand for anything where all the five star excellent ratings are coming from. I’m also not someone who is overly worried about cleanlines. Pictures show a few new chairs they must have put in lobby more recently to appear updated.

The location was great and right in the center of several restaurants and shopping centers. The big room was great to fit a family making sure there was enough space for everyone. The breakfast buffet had many options and was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

I thought the location and price were suitable. The pool and breakfast were important to us and both satisfied our family. Not the first time we stayed there and not the last time either. Will definitely return.

Location was near family and there are Lots of dining options in the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our Room was quiet and spacious. The pool was a big hit with our family. Breakfast was great with lots of options and they changed daily.

It was great would have like some bacon or sausage option with breakfast. None of my kids likes the hash.

You have to pay for parking which Expedia did not mention. Also the pool was closed for renovation. I would not have booked if I knew that because my kids were looking forward to the pool.
