Really great front office staff, allowed me and my family to check in early. Overall, great experience and lovely staff. Location is really really great for old city. Walking distance to all sites.

We stayed there for our mini family vacation with our friends and dogs, and we all loved it!!! Beyond friendly staff from the ladies at the reception desk, bartenders, and valet parking guys. The location is very convenient to everything Philly has to offer. Safe, quiet, yet right in the corner from all the action.

the hotel was in an area close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff were not very accommodating. They advised they couldn’t accommodate our room request, and even put us near the room where construction was occurring. After complaining they accommodated us to the style of room we requested. We stayed in several hotels on our family trip and the staff in this hotel was by far the most unfriendly. Other than that, the hotel was great!
