Hampton Inn Scranton at Montage Mountain

Comfortable stay for our family ! Breakfast was great

Very accessible to our wedding venue (PNC Park) and highways. Breakfast was good and a nice area in the lobby for meeting with family.

We usually love going to Hampton Inn Hotels. We love that they usually all have an indoor pool and of course an an amazing complementary breakfast. My family and I took 3 rooms for the evening on our way to a weeklong vacation in New York and stopped at this location . When my family enter red our first floor room we were immediately hit with a strong dog order that was very unpleasant . We are dog owners so it is great that they accommodate pets, but maybe they could separate rooms that they place people with and without pets. All three families are were woken up in the middle of the night with ants and not just a few. I was also shocked how uncomfortable the beds were. This to me is very a typical of the other Hampton Inn’s we have stayed in. Very disappointed. We were supposed to stay here on the way back from vacation but I don’t think that’s happening now .

The staff were all so amazing, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the location couldn’t be better!

The hotel and room was super clean , the beds and bedding were cozy and the pillows felt like home! The location was handy to stores and gas and the was an excellent restaurant within walking distance behind the hotel. Even though there were kids sports teams staying at the hotel ,the rooms were very quiet and private. The hotel breakfast was complete with hot foods and really delicious . We were very pleased with our choice and will stay at Hampton inn again.
