Where to begin. So many ppl were helpful & kind. When we arrived my nephew had dropped off a car seat for my grandson that was arriving the following day, the woman at check in was so very kind to let me know it was there behind the counter. She addressed me using Mrs. which I honestly felt like that was very professional/respectful. She was very kind. I gave her 2 gift cards to be applied to our stay and she mentioned Jesse is the auditor & the gift cards would be applied when Jesse arrives. I was nervous because ince I gave those to her, I had nothing to show I gave them to her. I went back the next day to ensure they were applied and Jesse was there. Jesse was awesome! He went above & way beyond the call of duty! He of course applied the gift cards, but went further by stating they have a snacking hour where snacks are out between certain hours. The day we arrived was popcorn & the next day was strawberry’s & pound cake. I told Jesse that we were leaving for the day to see family I had not seen in 6 years but my husband was having a surprise birthday party there. Jesse stated “I will save you some. Just ask Lisa when you return”. We returned fairly late that evening, pretty full from foods we had at party so didn’t go running to Lisa for pound cake. My daughters room key needed reset so she went to front desk to have it reset & came back with cake & strawberries! Now THAT is Great customer service that needs to be acknowledged! He was so very kind & appreciates customers!

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with asking for floor preference and getting us extra linens. Some water dripping through light in bathroom on the first night but otherwise a clean room. Breakfast could use waffles to appease the kids.

The only problem was a large group of youth hockey teams from out of town and the kids running the halls late night.

It was an excellent stay in this hotel for 2 days with family.

My family and I were traveling through Pittsburgh and stayed here for the night. Check in was easy, room was filthy, no towels, and the bathroom was disgusting. There were pools of dried blood in the floor and obviously no one had cleaned.

This hotel is disgusting. We travel often and we were surprised that a hotel with Marriott‘s name on it can have carpet stains all over the room, cheap quality uncomfortable beds, shower curtain with fungus, shower that doesn’t drain etc. The front desk staff were very nice and tried to switch us to another room. We saw two other rooms but they were not any different from the one we first got. I really wonder if the good reviews this hotel got are verified reviews. I will not recommend this hotel to friends, family, and colleagues. I stayed at many budget friendly to luxury hotels but I never saw a hotel so disgusting. The room is very poorly designed.

For many years I love staying at this hotel, it seems as though there has been a shift. I was very surprised and disappointed at the cleanliness of our room and the overall structure of the hotel. I would definitely not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness in the hotel room. I often chose this hotel because it’s close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike and close to family. It was not worth the money and I feel as though I over paid given the amenities.

It was great to have a nice warm room to go to after visiting with family in the area. I believe that it was the coldest spell in many years. It was perfect for our circumstance. Thank You!!!
