Stayed overnight after a long day of travel. Bed was very comfortable. Clean. Everything in working order. Lot of families, but quiet at night. Breakfast was pretty good. Night desk clerk very friendly. Would stay again.

I’m in town for the night visiting family & let me start this rating with the 10 out of 10 customer service. If I could rate it higher I would. Taryn at the front went so above & beyond I almost wanted to cry. It’s a Sunday & I had some confusion with the adjustment on my booking. She completely went the extra mile to help me when it was really something out of her hands and to be honest, didn’t have to do at all. Mind you it was late evening on a holiday weekend. Taryn reached out to the general manager Andy. they worked together over the phone to get my booking corrected and got me in a room in no time. Thank you both a thousand times over.
The hotel was soooo clean. From the lobby, the pool, to the room. Even the elevator smelled nice. The dinning area is up to date. The breakfast is delicious as well. The fruit wasn’t old & the cereal wasn’t stale. Ima waffle girl & had fun making them (thought I was a chef lol).
The rooms were very clean. I alway wipe rooms down whenever I arrive to a hotel & the disinfectant wipe was not dusty or filthy at all. Under the toilet seat was clean with no wet spots. The towels & the end of the toilet paper all were folded so cute & symmetrical. Loved it.
I’m so glad I got to stay here. I had a great experience and they helped make my trip go a little smoother. It’s definitely a nice family (pet free) hotel with plenty of near by food places & a target. I hope this revie

I liked the close proximity to food and shopping areas. I didnt like all the excessive noise coming from kids in the evening and early morning hours. I understand there was some sort of sports occasion or something but still. Feel like people needed to be more considerate of where they were at while having that many kids and properly deal with that.

Booked this room for my boyfriends birthday. I was surprised with the room to be honest. It was valued very economic for one night. They had brand soap for bathing and a very clean tub. Plenty of towels and sufficient toiletries. The beds were comfy and so was the bedding. We dipped in the indoor heated pool which was open until night time. They offered waffles, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee and muffins for breakfast. Did not explore the exercise room but they did have a few equipment in there. I took a sneak peek. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends because I enjoyed my stay.

I chose this Sleep Inn location because of the good reviews I read as well as location. After cancelling 4 other reservations at different area hotels because of poor reviews, I realized upon arrival that I made the right decision to stay here. This hotel has a friendly and helpful staff and everything about this hotel was clean, clean, clean. Plenty of hot water for the shower. It had good pressure and never ran out of hot water like other hotels we've stayed at. Beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. This is a quiet family oriented hotel with no loud noises or partying. Smoke free and no unpleasant odors. Breakfast offerings were plentiful with various choices to start your day. Plenty of parking and easy access to local and major roadways. Affordable rates made this a good choice for our 5 night stay. I hope to stay at this location again.

Was able to get adjacent rooms for our family of 3 adults and 3 children. Would have appreciated an airport shuttle given it was so close to the airport.

Our stay was very nice. Hotel is clean and rooms are large. Only issues I had were the breakfast and the pool. The pool is very small— maybe 12 feet long and 4 feet wide. It was definitely not big enough to accommodate our family. The breakfast is bare bones- two kinds of cereal, one fruit. The only hot item was the waffles which when we arrived was empty. The lady running breakfast said she wouldn’t refill the canister. I’m not asking for a 5 star breakfast but a little more variety would be nice.

This is a relatively new structure with up-to-date decor and trendy walk-in shower (at least in our King room). We had plenty of room, a comfortable bed for sleeping and a couch for relaxing in the evening after visiting family and friends. I did not see any evidence of recycling but can't say they don't do it. We did not try breakfast but my hubby enjoyed the coffee before we started our day. Staff was helpful; I especially appreciated the person I spoke to prior to booking who answered my questions and chatted with me about the space.

Provided pack n play, for 19 month old to sleep in, which another hotel on our trip advised that they no longer provide, while claiming to be child friendly. Thank you Sleep Inn & Suites!
