Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Harborcreek

I have received good service and warm greetings from the staff. This is a pet friendly place and welcoming to our shy dog. Frequent this hotel when I visit family in Erie. Good location to area attractions.

I liked the quietness and peaceful atmosphere. I am a Christian and I appreciated having a Bible in the nightstand. I also appreciated the all night Coffee because I have to stay up late doing computer work. Thank you Cobblestone... I hope to be back... and I recommend you to my friends and family.

The GPS sent us to a wrong location so we had to call to find it. Once we got there the service was fine. The only problem we had was we had a room on the second floor and they had no elevator so we had to carry everything up two flights of stairs. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok except a bunch of college kids were there and eat most of the food and we had to wait for it to be restocked. Also the breakfast area was small and we had no where to sit.

Works well for us. Just far enough off the interstate and close to family.

The property is terrible. There is no internet or cable. There are so many code violations and safety concerns that if someone would come to take a look at the hotel, it would be completely shut down. My father is disabled and we were traveling with my family. My father is in a wheel chair and the hotel does not meet any of the ADA guidelines. There is a ramp that is not secured which has a gap in the floor. There also is not a railing. The staff is unaware of which rooms are wheelchair accessible, my parents had to switch rooms and still did not receive a wheelchair accessible room. The breaker boxes are required to have a cover and to be closed. They are propped open and one has duct tape to keep it mostly closed. There are holes in the floor which a young child could fall and seriously get injured. There is a broken window in the one room near the parking lot. None of the doors outside close or even lock. Most are propped open and if you go to try to close the door it will not close. That is a HUGE safety concern, anyone could walk right in at any given time. There is mold in the bathroom. The faucets constantly drip. There also is not a telephone or alarm clock in your room. After a certain time, 10 pm when we discovered this, the phones are disabled to the front desk and you are unable to reach them. There are constantly people yelling and cussing in the building, including the front desk staff, mainly the man working last night. Do yourself a favor and do not stay.

Short trip to meet friends and visit family in Erie. This was the first time staying here, may not be the last. The next time will be sure to request first floor because there is no elevator and i have bad knees. The room is no frills but we weren't there to hangout in the room, so it wasn't a deal breaker. Be sure to request the room be cleaned in the morning at the desk or it won't be cleaned that day if you're staying multiple days. This seems to be the new thing with hotels even big chains. Only place we didn't find that to be so we're the resorts internationally. I was pleased the toilet wasn't low to the floor which makes me nuts, they get a thumbs up for that. Overall, not bad.

there was a large group of kids staying. they used the hotel as their own personal playground. there was a lot of jumping and banging and running noise. i complained to the front desk who said there wasn’t much they could do as quiet hours are not till 10pm. i had just gotten off an 8 hour drive and had to get up early the next day for another 8hours. i was not able to rest and relax. the noise went from about 4:30 pm when i checked in until 10:30pm. this was the worst hotel experience i have ever had.

Reasonably priced and convenient to all my family on the east side of Erie County, and especially Erie Brewing Company!

My stay was great. This hotel is right across the street from Penn State, so it’s convenient for family members of students. The people at the front desk are friendly, the room was clean, and they do offer breakfast. I’ve stayed here about ten times in the past couple years.
