The girl who checked us was not personable either day we encountered her. The rest of the staff was excellent. Unfortunately they decided to deep clean the pool so kids were unable to use it. There were no linens in the room and I texted to request some and after 1/2 was told I would have to go to the desk to retrieve them myself. Since we were all in nightclothes we chose to get them in the morning. At 6 am we went down for breakfast and asked to retrieve the linens however we were told there were none available. I asked if housekeeping could leave them at our door and was told yes. We left for the day but upon return still had no linens for the spare bed. We had to go downstairs and get them. I travel frequently with my grandchildren and will not be going back to this facility.

Great location and value for family stop just off the Turnpike. Nice pool and whirlpool indoors, clean, safe, and close to plenty of restaurant options

Room door did not have a lock on it. Carpet was stained, walls were dirty. When you walk into the lobby or step off the elevator it smells musty. Breakfast was not good, my 11 year old would not touch the food, and that kid eats everything

The hotel was a convenient stop on our road trip. However, it was outdated and is in need of some updates. The room we stayed in was small (including the bathroom), for an a quick overnight stay it was ok, but with four people (2 adults & 2kids) a long stay would have been uncomfortable. Breakfast was a bit limited, but got the job done.

The property was ok for the money paid but I'll give you the good, bad and ugly of this establishment. I stayed 1 night only. Staff was very courteous and kind. The young lady from Jamaica was very sweet. I love the diversity in staff. This hotel has an " Old Auntie " feel to it. Very " quaint". On the surface things are " clean" perse. The pool was warm, hot tub hot, beds firm and clean, AC cold as the Arctic, nice thick towels and wash cloths. Breakfast basic /low quality hot foods and coffee / plates etc available after breakfast hrs. Later breakfast hrs of 8am. Now this hotel could absolutely use a facelift. The outside grounds were dirty and landscaping was poor. The pictures make this place look better than in person. It has an old time feel to it.peeling paint, rusts..just looks kind of sad and dark. Most staff are plainly clothed, no uniforms or name badges so you can't tell who staff. The pool is warm like I said earlier, but has a dirty looking ring around it. Hot tub had dirt in the froth and along the sides. The floors of the pool area couldve used a good sweeping to collect candy wrappers and loose gravel. Air vents in the room were dirty along with hard floor corners. My room was dark despite the light and the tv didn't have any good channels on it for children. Remote was a pain to work. Great shower, but water had temperature issue at first. TINY bars of soap and shampoo. For the price, you get an " ok" quiet, safe stay. I'd grade it a "C".

Bugs in room, AC wasn’t working right,no sugar or cream for coffee. Noisy in hallway. Alotcof kids there

This was just a quick overnight on our way to our destination. Upon arrival, my son and I checked in, brought our stuff to the room and rested a few minutes to decide what to do for dinner. There were no menus for neighboring restaurants in the room so I decided to go down to the lobby to figure out what our options were, and I needed to grab something from the car. Stopped at the front desk and asked if they had any recommendations and was then waved towards a place where they had some menus at the end of the counter. I then asked if the building next door was a restaurant and if so what kind of food was offered. Woman said “just regular food, American” in an annoyed tone. Very unfriendly. Went to my car. Noticed a cop car out front and by the time I turned around after getting what I needed from the car there was a 2nd cop car. I stopped at the front desk and asked if something was going on and was abruptly told in a rude manner “the police are handling it”. To which I responded I would like to know if there’s something I need to be concerned about. And then I was told the police are handling it again. This was unacceptable since I had just checked into this hotel with my child. The main disappointment was when I was about to go to sleep, pulled the bed cover down and discovered hair all over the sheets. Someone did come up to change them but it took a while and I was exhausted. Very unpleasant experience.

For the price this Hotel is very good. Rooms are large, breakfast was great and the pool was a hit with the grandkids!
