SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

Kind of dirty, mold on ceiling in bathroom, peeling trim, there was blood on the sheets, then no sheets available for the pull out bed so we couldn't use it even though we paid extra for the extra bed. We booked our two nights separately but when we checked in they said we'd be able to stay in the same room but they checked us out and I had to run to and from the room and my car three times to get them everything they needed to re-check us in, with an exhausted toddler, again with no apology. We did not get housekeeping. Loud until 10:30 and the alarm went off at 6. I would recommend paying a little more for the slightly more expensive hotel in the area or save money by going with one of the cheaper ones because it's probably similar or better quality.

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We had a first floor room next to an outdoor ac unit which caused ALOT of noise throughout the evening. This was tough with a toddler. Easy walk to Sesame Place. Quiet and clean pool area. The mattresses were a bit hard but other than that the room was comfortable.

My stay with my family was great and the service was stellar.

The check-in was smooth, but when we got into our room, the air was stale and there were uncleaned areas on the carpet and glass partition where it looked like someone spit on the glass. It could have been cleaner for what we spent there. Other than that, the included breakfast was good and I like the movie, pizza, popcorn, drinks and special token for the kids that was presented on Saturday night. I like that the hotel totally caters to children, the only issue I had was the overall cleanliness of the room. Overall, a good stay and I would stay there again.

Very clean and inviting environment , I brought my children and they enjoy their stay. Space is very well divided, we were 4 , the sofa and living room turns i to a bedroom to sleep at night. The Tv can turn to either the bed or the livingroom.

We stayed only for the proximity to Sesame Place. The location is great, but since the property appeals to families with young kids, cleaning could have been amped up. We had to have our room switched because an odor in our clean room was pretty musty. The carpets don’t smell great and the AC unit was loud and rickety. Would have appreciated some variety in the breakfast offering. 4 days straight of the same exact options.

Bad service my family was Al split up in different floors

I have sent my concerns to Marriot and have not heard back. Our experience was very alarming and people should reconsider staying at this property with children. We reached out to the hotel management with our findings and would like to speak to the brand site owner. Local management is not requested to respond.

Overall stay was OK. The people serving the breakfast worked really hard and the food was pretty good. The manager was nice but there was one receptionst that's in the wrong industry. For someone working in the hospitality industry, she sure wasn't very hospitable. I asked for extra towels for my kids and apparently they didn't have anymore they could spare that weekend. When we arrived late I got a dirty look for taking the cart for my luggage to the car and was told if I didn't return it right away I would be charged. At that point I was scared to tell her about my bathroom door that wouldn't close and there was no remote for the TV. If it wasn't for the location being so close to Sesame Place, I would never go back.
