Bathroom was so so small I almost knocked my toddler out with the door while bathing him. The room smelled I had to go drive to Walmart to get room deodorizer

We really enjoyed our stay this weekend.The staff were very helpful and kind.The room was great and clean.Snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby and the free breakfast in the morning made our stay.Will stay again but definitely going to get a bigger room my kiddos need some extra space.

We had a great stay. We were travelling to Koziar's Village and this was about twenty minutes away. The hotel was quiet, kids loved the pool, and staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice having a breakfast buffet given that so few hotels seem to offer a hot breakfast these days. No complaints.

I am not the one to post a negative review, but I have to on this occasion. First we went to check-in, after the check-in time and our room was not available. I understand that things, that's out of our control. It wasn't until we went into the room and it reeked. It smelled like marijuana. I have two kids and a wife that suffers from sinuses. We literally had to leave later that evening, because the smell was unbearable. It came to my attention that the manager was aware of this issue, but didn't address in a timely manner, because her shift has ended. I will not stay there again.

It was good, my only complaint was a random noise nocking to my door at midnight. The staff told me it was some children goofing around. Breakfast is good, needs more eating choices but otherwise good.

We were very upset when the pool was closed for repair. We had 3 crying children. Regular maintenance should be planned for mid-week off days- not weekends.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Everything worked properly. Breakfast was good. The pool was closed, which wasn’t a problem for us, but could have been very disappointing for children prepared to swim. We would definitely stay again.

Over all it was an okay hotel, good location, good parking, clean, good service. However I didn't appreciate the staff smoking in front of the building so professional and unpleasant. Also on the night on the June 25, kids running up and down the hallways too late hours of the night.

Came here for a family business trip. Convenient location to the meetings I had and to Wyomissing and West Reading Penn Avenue restaurants. Stayed here 3 years ago for a high school reunion. Nice hotel but needs some updating. All staff were excellent - friendly and professional. Breakfast bar was good and breakfast associate was great. Having someone with a great sense of humor to be my first interaction of the day was a great way to start my day! Made me smile each morning! Kudos to him.
