We are a family of five with three boys. We have stayed in Fairfield from Michigan to Florida and weren't disappointed. Hotels are new, clean, management is always ready to help, breakfast is great. Not whole lot I want to say except I enjoyed in every Fairfield we've been .

I am disappointed in Hotels.com, which gave this hotel a good recommendation. It was very unsatisfactory. Wwhen we first checked in, the bathtub had dried up strings of caulk. Although the phone had a dial signal, the dialer did not work. I one of the other guests targeted my room with knocks on the door and wall. I was traveling with kids and they thought they made too much noise. I was scared for us all. The breakfast was very bad. The eggs were soaking in some sort of buttery broth. It looked dangerous to eat. They had waffles in vending machine packages that tasted like a sugar candy bar. The pool is too small to call a pool. The proximity and orientation of the hotel is such that we heard freeway traffic all night long. The lobby had a collapsed ceiling with the workers fixing it next to the breakfast area. One good thing. Plenty of parking—no customers

We stayed only 1 night on our way home but I wish we could've stayed longer! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big for the 5 of us. The breakfast was great and they kept the food coming so there was enough for everyone. It's hard to find hotels for a larger family and they surpassed our expectations. They are a little more costly than other hotels, but you get so much more for the money. Thank you staff for our great stay!!

I am SUPER tired of hotels using covid as an excuse to cheap out on their breakfast options.
Soggy waffles, rubbery single serving quiche, and over ripe apples and bananas..something i would expect to find at a Super 8 or Days Inn but certainly not at a Marriott. No yogurt, milk, toast, peanut butter. Very disappointed.
The room was small but very nice. Cat checked us in and was very friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed a brief conversation with her. She was very busy (told us the hotel was full) and she was by herself but she still took the time to make us feel welcome.
The pool is dinky..and was occupied by a family having a party so we couldn't use it.
Nice location, very quiet.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in years. Very clean, very family friendly. There was lots of space for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.

We had requested rooms next to each other as I was traveling with my family. We were at opposite ends of the floor. The tub had mildew in it and the exhaust fan didn’t work.
The staff was very friendly and we were happy with our accommodations with the exceptions of tub and fan.

Stayed here for a family trip. When you walk in the restaurant area is cautioned off because the ceiling is falling down.( im guessing a water leak. The room was clean. No lotion in the bathroom. My kids wanted to go swimming rhe next morning. There was a poopy diaper floating around in the pool. I went and told the front desk and it seemed like the already knew it was in there!!! My kids actually dipped there feet in the pool before they saw it. Why was the door not locked is my question if they knew. They did have the closed sign on the pool sign (that you would not see if you werent looking). They did finally print out a sign and put it on the door. The pool was closed for over 24 hours so my kids never got to swim which is very disappointing for kids!!! The breakfast on monday was good. Scrambled eggs, cheese omlets, hard boiled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bacon, fruit, pre packaged muffins, bagels, cereal, & oatmeal. The second day all there was was breakfast sandwiches , cereal & bagels. This was our first stay at a Marriott fairfield inn and it was probably our last!!!
