We booked a 1 bedroom suite for our family trip during spring break. When we arrived we found out that our 1 bedroom suite was not available and would not be during our 2 night stay. We were very disappointed as our family was looking forward to the extra space and bedroom since we have a 1 year old. I am not sure if this was truly a maintenance issue or if it was overbooked and priority went to a Hilton member. Either way we were very disappointed.

We had to visit during a family emergency. We did not end up staying the whole scheduled time. The staff was very sympathetic & trying to find ways to reimburse 1 night (I had pre-paid). It's a quiet, convenient place - easy to get to Portland & surrounding areas - we have family in Canby. This was our 2nd stay. It's been clean, quiet & the staff friendly both times. Beds are comfy. We will make this our place to stay when visiting family in the future.

I rook the kids for an overnigjt stay. The fym was great, the pool was great, the basketball court was great! No free breakfast but ple ty to grab close by

Michael at the front desk was amazing! The late pool hours were a hit with our family as we got there later than we planned too. My teens were absolutely stunned with the Hotel. So I’d say that was a win all around!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and colorful. We LOVED our room 325 🙂 the space really helped and allowed us to spread out. it was very close to the dance studio. We were attending and also close to other family activities such as Bullwinkle‘s, saturday Market, downtown Portland, etc.

The guy that checked is in was not friendly and when I asked about the pool he let me know the hours but didn’t even say where it was located. This was one of the longest check-ins I’ve had. The room was nice and big. The noise of the freeway is intense, also the noise from other guests out in the hall lasted until 1am!! The windows have roll down shades but the light still comes in around the edges. We could see light all night, I guess from the parking lot lights. The bathroom has a barn door that doesn’t lock, which is not ideal when traveling with little kids. There’s no privacy with this kind of door and they try pulling it off the wall. Glad this was only a one night stay.

good experience other than fridge was very small so couldn't fit all my food in it. Also, no freezer either. It was fairly quiet the first night and then there was a kid crying in the night.
