Whenever we come visit our grandkids in Saint Helens this is our go to hotel. It is always clean. The staff are kind, breakfast is good.

We had a great time. The staff was super nice and always said hello to my kids whenever they said hello. The pool area is clean. Unfortunately, the few times we went there werent any towels available but the staff was good about give us a set when i told them. Breakfast was good and was different everyday. The room was ok. We had a dog so i assume they have specific rooms set aside for people like us but i wish they would have tried a little bit more to get the wet dog smell out. It really hit us in the face when we walked in. There was also dog hair all over. Our dog is hairless so it didnt come off her. Other than that the tubs are great for soaking, water pressure for showers is great, and the beds are compfy.

They gave us each a fresh cookie upon arrival wich made us feel special and they were fast, friendly and welcoming. I felt safe and like me and my children wer wanted here. The only thing is when you pull in, trying to get the right driveway is a little tricky.

Our room was on the ground level because we needed a tub for our small children. There were longtime residents on the same floor going out to smoke so often that the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. The room was dirty and smelled damp and musty. The bathroom was clean but the tub was questionable. I wish I had not gone in the hot tub because it was mildewed and gross as well and I got a terrible, sore rash. I went to the dermatologist after my trip and was diagnosed with hot tub folliculitis from bacteria in their hot tub. He also said I may have bed bug bites. The staff was incredibly kind and we were very happy with the breakfast included. But we will never return to this dirty place.

We chose this hotel based on the pool. We were unable to take advantage of it, because there were screaming children in and around the pool for the entire 4 days.... from breakfast until bedtime.

This is our go to hotel when we come to Saint Helens and visit our kids and grandkids. The staff are absolutely amazing! Kind, and welcoming. The rooms are always clean and smell good. The inside of the hotel is amazingly clean and gives such a welcoming atmosphere. Best place in Saint Helens hands down!

The bed was so comfortable and the pillows. Really need to improve on lighting! Better light to put make on when you opened the curtains and stood there. It was not quiet in our room at night because of a very loud and disrespectful family staying above us. Great breakfast with a wonderful lady in there cooking and taking good care. Bad part AC did not work well. It was an oven in there. Over all Best Western is a great place to stay. :)

The lady working in the am gave us some water wings and a floaty for our kids free of charge! Very thankful! Great place and nice people.
