Great location in Sisters, nearest end of town to Hoodoo ski resort, also near coffee shops and the main town centre. The hotel was a great place to stay with two kids as breakfast was included, so no long wait for them to eat in the morning. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Appreciated the availability of hot beverages near reception any time of day. Reasonably priced making it affordable for a family staying for a weekend. We will return again!

The great people were friendly and had some good suggestions for things to do in the Sisters / Bend area. When our car broke down on our way home right in front of snowcap the kids were excited to stay another night here and we are back already. My kids are playing in the pool as i write this review sitting poolside in a comfy chair.
Hopefully the comfortable bed and excelent breakfast they serve will help me deal with a recalled power steering failure in our new jeep tomorrow morning.

Check-in was quick and the front desk staff friendly. We stayed one night, a Friday in August. The hotel is newly constructed so there were no maintenance issues to be found except that our front door (206) squeaked. The indoor pool and spa were nice. We have stayed at several other hotels in Sisters over the past few years and were disappointed by the odors, noise, and maintenance. The town is charming and close to our family in Camp Sherman. The hotel is one parking lot away from a major gas station and large grocery store, but even though our room looked out to the main road there, we couldn't hear any traffic. Multiple wildfires in the area made being outdoors uncomfortable, so we were glad to have the pool and spa to enjoy indoors. They offer a free breakfast typical in this hotel class with waffle maker, cereals, bagels, yogurt, and scrambled eggs & sausage. There is no elevator which was a drag carrying heavy bags and little kids, but it's only one flight of stairs. We will definitely stay here again. The other major hotels in town are just too run down even with their cheap "upgrades". If Grandstay is full, try a vacation rental or stay in Camp Sherman.

Neighboring room was too loud...little kids running amok and the doors slam shut. They should install slow closing doors that latch. This will make the slamming of doors disappear

The property is new, nicely decorated and feels fresh and clean. The hot tub is hot, the pool floor is NOT slippery and all the tile is really nice. Beds are new and comfortable and bedding is warm. Food is as good as hotel food can be. The staff is friendly. The kids love it. We will stay again.
