The Gordon Hotel

The hotel was nice, the Gordon Tavern had good food, the rooms were clean and we liked that it was connected to a decent shopping area. However, we could not sleep after 5 am when children in the room on the floor above us woke up and started jumping on the bed, running across the room, making lots of noise until their father started yelling at them to stop running and jumping but that did not help. This hotel must not have cement between the floors because it sounded like they were in our room! Since there is so much sound transfer between floors the hotel should be careful to put children on the lowest floor so this does not happen to another guest.

We had a great time, love the area in lobby you can play games. My family definitely utilized the space. Check in drink wasn't bad either.

Stayed with the family including the pooch. Amazing artwork throughout the property. Super comfy beds. Staff was great! Only downsides $75 pet fee and Valet parking only. Cars are parked offsite.

The Gordon is a gem of Eugene. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful, engaging and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The Art Bar (you have to use it—children ages 1 to 100) was a delight.

The Gordon is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean, accommodating and the staff is attentive and friendly. We appreciated the close proximity to everything. We also appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks at the front desk. Dogs and kids are welcome and treated like royalty! There is even a cool little art station in the lobby. We will definitely stay there again!

Amanda at the front desk was incredible and went above and beyond to get our family of four connecting rooms. The hotel itself is gorgeous abd the rooms are very comfortable. The only negative was that the air conditioning unit in our room leaked and caused quite a puddle on the floor, and dripped throughout the night. But other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the location across the street from the Fifth Street Market. We’ll definitely stay here again!
