Enjoyable and relaxing outdoor environment provided with lakeside view my kids enjoyed very much. Awesome interior, although corridors and hallways need to be more well kept (vacuumed)Thanks! :)

Everything was clean and nice and new. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked the idea of having a night light on top of the closet if you had little children, which we did not, so it took me a bit to find the switch but you can turn it off. Breakfast was good with the taco sized omelette's, and the biscuits and gravey. I was looking forward to some waffles or pancakes, but the machine was down. But there was plenty to choose from. The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.

My stay wasn’t bad, I did enjoy the view from the room and how comfortable the bed was, the hotel staff were very nice and when I did requested room service my room was always clean. It was also a plus that the drive in from the Tigard area made for a really beautiful drive back and forth from work everyday. The breakfast was surprisingly good most days I usually only ate the sausage, biscuits and gravy and the crispy bacon. The issues I had with the hotel that would probably prevent me from staying in the future was mainly that the room a crusty and very outdated and in need of a serious upgrade. Couch had a slip cover that I could only assume was to cover a very old and torn sofa. There were scuffs and stains throughout the room, the carpet was stained throughout as well with a burn mark near the bed, the bed skirt was gross but the house keeper did remove it for me and changed my blankets for me due to additional stains. A couple nights I had a very loud family above me that made sleeping extremely difficult for 3 nights. If I were to stay it would be in the highest floor.
Most concerning to me was that the bed/bedroom would shake nightly when the train would come by or a large truck crossed the highway. The room shaking was my biggest concern from a safety standpoint and did make me worry about the structural integrity especially since I read reviews about the pool being in poor shape as well.

We had a King & Queen suite. Perfect for my family including myself, my husband and teenaged daughter. The view out our windows was worth the stay and the room stayed warm (in the winter). The rooms were clean and the housekeeper was nice to check in and give us more towels as hotel rooms are generally not serviced everyday. The front desk check in process was easy and they were friendly as we lost our key twice. The breakfast was a typically Holiday Inn which was good.
The hotel is having renovations or repair and there were some odd pipes exposed in the lobby, but there were also signs to explain. Our traveling companions had water on the floor in their room upon arrival, but the quickly changed the room for them and they did not have any problems.
We travel to this area often and this will be our new hotel everytime we come.

Awful place. Stayed here one night. The staff did not address multiple issues. The whole 5th floor was smokey & smelled like weed, it started creeping in our room but the front desk lady said she couldnt tell who was smoking, kids were trashing the pool area but it went unaddressed as well, room was gross and i didnt even want to take off my shoes. I know they are remodeling but its run down and gross.

I choose this hotel so I could relax and use the spa. On my arrival Friday 1/26/2018 the spa was closed for repair. The young man at the counter who had trouble looking me in the eye said, “they came out today 1/26/2018 and it needs a new filter, he said they’d be back sunday 1/28/2018 when the manager is there, he asked if that sounded good.” This went on until on Monday 1/29/2018 I was told that Tuesday it would be fixed. Tuesday it was still closed. On Wednesday as I was checking out 1/31/2018 and asked how my stay was. I was now told by an older woman at the counter that it was fixed yesterday Tuesday but chemicals hadn’t been added yet. Five night stay for me and no spa. Then I told her about the room shaking. Room 500 on the top floor (5th) She said “the whole fifth floor shakes because it’s on bedrock.” While earlier on my stay I asked and again the young who has trouble looking me in the eyes, first said, I don’t know, then said, “oh it’s the trucks on the highway.” Me coming from California found this very uncomfortable and the balcony was also closed for repair. There is a long crack on the wall in room too.
This trip almost cost me $700 just for the room. It was for relaxing and enjoying my granddaughter’s second birthday with my family. I was disappointed.

My six year old daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! Jazmin, who was working at the front desk, made my daughter feel so special and treated her with the up most respect. Often kids can be over looked. This was not the case during our stay. Jazmin addressed my daughter each time we approached the front desk or even walked by. She truly made us feel welcomed. We will look forward to stay here every time we come to visit grandma!!
