Ashley was our check in person at Tulsa Hyatt Regency Downtown. She was so helpful and friendly. I had booked a room that wasn’t right for our family and she was able to guide me to a much better room that included the Regency Club which we really enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your beautiful property!

This hotel was in a perfect location, and was very walkable. However the BEST part on my stay was interacting with the valet drivers. They weee friendly, gave the best recommendations and were absolutely charming. Well worth the cost. I’d definitely book this place again and recommend my family to stay when they come visit after my move to Tulsa.

My family and I enjoyed our two day stay here. Parking garage right next door, excellent customer service, and the inside of the hotel is very nice. Next time I’ll opt for king beds or queen if available, the double beds are pretty tight but they do provide a free rollaway bed. Restaurant in the hotel was fantastic!

The rooftop pool was absolutely disgusting! I don’t think they have anyone who takes care of it. The whole reason I chose this hotel was for the rooftop pool to watch fireworks with my kids on the 4th.

The hoodrat hotel. That’s what this place has become. A hotel for low income locals to stay as a “vacation” because it has a pool. I’m not classist by any means, but these parents had 0 control over their children and the hotel did nothing about it. Until 5 am there were children banging on doors, running through the hallway, I’m pretty sure there was a group of kids playing hide and seek in the entire hotel. We could hear the elevator ding and running on different floors the entire night. After they give it up at 5am at 7am on the dot you’ll have a bunch of kids swimming in shorts and tshirts screaming at the top of their lungs. My wife stayed at the hotel most the day while I had my business meetings. She said it didn’t end, all day, and all night. I should’ve checked other reviews first because a lot of other people have had the same experience. After talking to some locals they told me it’s the hotspot for low income locals to stay since they can’t afford to take their kids on a real vacation. That’s great and all, but some of us have important things to do. We maybe slept three hours the whole weekend. I was exhausted after my meeting Sunday and was going to book another day. But the 3.5 hour drive home was better than another sleepless night. If I come back to Tulsa I wont be staying here. I’d recommend either dropping the price and embracing the whole lower class thing or raise the price and keep them out so people aren’t mad they overpaid to stay in a rebranded motel6

My kids loved the pool. The parking was easy we just left the car in the parking garage and walked to our destinations. The restaurant was pretty expensive but the food was good. They didnt have a roll out bed but we made do. We will be coming to stay again soon.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Tulsa Downtown was very enjoyable. The kids enjoyed the heated swim pool plus, there is a washer and dryer located near the pool. This is the second time we have stayed here to enjoy the PBR bull riding events. (Most of the riders and their families seem to stay here.) The hotel is conveniently located to the BOK Center...it's just a short walk. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They are quick to provide requested services. We will continue to stay in this hotel anytime we visit Tulsa.

Rooms are a little older, still got popcorn ceilings and no microwaves in the room to heat up any leftovers. Elevators are super quick and their parking pass is totally worth it. Had a barking dog issue and their front desk and security team were amazing with getting it taken care of so my family could sleep. Even got some breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience.
