Best Western Plus Tulsa Inn & Suites

The hotel is just ok. The room was kind of dusty, the pressure in the shower was so strong it was hard to give a bath to my child because it was almost hurtful so powerful. We stayed 4 nights and decided to just have our room clean one day and they did not even do that. The pool looked dirty, and the water was so cold we couldn't swim. Staff was nice but 2 of them were smoking by the entrance door and the smell lingered all in the lobby. Breakfast was probably the best part; it was simple but tasty. Parking was very small and one night had to squeeze our SUV because it was the only spot left!

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and efficient. They were able to have our family be on the same floor which was very helpful with little kids. We were surprised at how large the rooms were! The breakfast variety and quality was impressive - the coffee machine and bottled water fountain were much appreciated and frequently visited by our group!

Great stay for the family. Great room. Excellent breakfast!

We checked in with our toddlers. Everything was fine but the tv did not work. They didn’t do anything to fix it, there were no other rooms available, no other tv to replace, and they did not to anything to accommodate me for my stay.

I appreciated the staff, who are friendly and professional. One of the ladies recognized me and made conversation with me as I passed by about my being family now that I've been there for a week. She even loaned me a plate that I could use to heat up food in my room. They keep the place very clean, and they respected my request to stay out of my room. I will definitely return to this property when I return to Tulsa.

First of all, the staff here was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and the kids enjoyed the pool. The thing that we struggled with was the uncomfortable beds! I am not picky, but I woke up every hour due to back pain from the mattress. My daughter felt the same. At breakfast everyone was talking about how poorly they slept. The sad thing is that apparently all the mattresses are brand new! My 3rd night there I asked for a roll-away bed and actually slept so much better on it! I hope it's just that they need to be used a little to soften them up. The only other thing we struggled with was the air. It was either hot or cold in the room, but that's typical of those wall units. The hotel was very clean

My biggest concern was that the 2nd night I was there, the smell of marijuana was overbearing on my floor and a guy walked into my room while I had it unlocked waiting for my grandson to come back upstairs. Another time, my grandkids and I were met in the hallway by a guy who was obviously high..half naked, and tweaking hard. Not the best family environment but great if you are looking to party.

Shower didn’t work. Noisy hotel, dogs and kids running up and down halls, barking after midnight. Lots of freeway noise. Parking lot didn’t feel safe, panhandlers in lot. Hotel reeked of weed. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone as it didn’t feel safe.
