It is convenient to my family I visited Clean and friendly staff.

The paper-thin walls did very little to abate the noise from people stomping around on the floor above us at all hours of the night. While not necessarily the fault of the hotel, there were a group of younger kids going from room to room late at night pounding on the doors and running away.

The staff was very kind and helpful and the hotel was clean and smelled nice. However, the pool was ice cold and unusable as well as being in quite a state of disrepair. There was no hot tub to warm up in. Why even bother having a pool if you're not going to take care of it then you're not going to make it a place that people can enjoy. Since I was traveling with a young child, that was very disappointing. The TV did not work correctly and it took us several hours to figure out how to make it work. Then the climate control unit in the room also was malfunctioning and someone had to come in and replace the entire control board. I will find another place to stay the next time I go to Tahlequah.
