The worst experience my family ever have from all the years we travel around the world and the USA. First of all we were put in the filthiest smoking room which we didn’t reserved. When requested for room change, we were denied. The room smelled so bad I had to run to Walmart for a couple cans of Lysols to empty out in the room just to tolerate the smell. We couldn’t get any sleep at all. I really feel I should get my money back.

We were here for a week and more added due to car problems! The staff is absolutely the best thing, rooms are clean and pool is always a plus especially when it’s sooo hot and you have kids! Definitely recommended

Perfect hotel for our family vacation. The Best Western hotel was clean & quite the entire time we spend there. I was really impressed with the customer service from the housekeeping staff & the service desk attendant, they made my stay enjoyable.
