Property was in great shape. Staff attentive to our needs. Will gladly stay there again when visiting family.

Super handy place to stay if you’re at the ball fields or an event at the fairgrounds. I happened to have a kid competing at each and it is right in between the two. The unfortunate part was after I’d been out in 100 degree heat all day the ac in our room wasn’t cool. It’s preprogrammed to not allow u to adjust below 65, that was the hottest 65 I’ve ever felt! More like 75-80 I’d say. Called the front desk and asked them to adjust it so I could lower the temp, they said they couldn’t, which I know they can. Then asked for a fan to help cool off, never got it. Also our room had no tv remote, asked for one of those and never received it either. So, if you like a convenient location but to be hot and not watch tv, this is the perfect place! Front desk offered nothing at all for the inconvenience of sweating all night and not being able to watch tv.

The staff closed the pool down several hours early than what’s posted. My kids looked forward all day to swim. Then the staff said it would be open the next morning by 9am, but they lied and didn’t open it back up.

A wonderful check in! A cute Halloween display greeted us at the entry - it was very family friendly! Our room was clean and comfortable, the shower was high enough for my 6’3” husband to enjoy the water, too!

No complaints. Stayed one night and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Staff was excellent. Carol in particular was so accommodating and made us feel like we were family. Our 12u softball team stayed and entire staff made us feel so welcome. Entire hotel was booked solid and it was a busy chaotic weekend and not once were all our needs not met! Great staff, clean facility, comfy beds, and cold ac! Thanks guys keep up the good work!
