Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn and Suites

We booked a king suite, it was just a regular king size room definitely not a suite I’m used to. Other than the false advertising it was a good experience. Staff was friendly, room was clean, pool was nice for the kids, and breakfast was yummy.

I had a family member in the hospital and needed a place near by to stay. I picked this location based on location and reviews. I was on the first floor and the curtains didn't close all the way. As a woman traveling alone that made me a bit uncomfortable, paired with being given the room by the exit. I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to at lot of things but not cleanliness. The stand next to the bed has something that was previously spilled down the side of it there was noticable dirt throughout. The sheets felt like there was crumbs in them. The bed was comfy if you didn't want to sit on it because the middle sink in and when you turned in bed it made a loud noise. It was good enough for one night of much needed sleep, but I would not recommend for a longer stay and not at the price they charge.

This is a beautiful facility. We stayed with our grandkids and enjoyed the indoor pool very much. After rinsing off in the nice shower area at the pool, we warmed ourselves in front of the fireplace in the main lobby. We also availed ourselves of the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate station. Additionally, the selection of foods for morning breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Areas to improve: the vent in our bathroom wasn't working and the sheets were lackluster - rather flimsy. Other than those minor inconveniences this place is very good. We will return!

My family and I stayed one night to attend a graduation ceremony. The hotel was very busy with lots of other people staying as well. No matter how busy it was, the staff was pleasant and very helpful. The breakfast attendant was very attentive to cleaning tables when people left to making sure food items were restocked. Our room was clean and comfortable.
