The place was clean with a nice room, the staff we came in contact with were very nice, however the noise level was off the charts! People constantly slamming their doors literally all night long, they didn’t just let the door close on its own they were slamming them to the point that it rattled things in our room, then of course there was the screaming crying kid with parents that have no respect for others in the hotel. This hotel needs to crack down on the noise level from other guests, I truly don’t know how the front desk didn’t hear the door slamming all night long, I will never stay here again, it was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in!

The beds were so hard & when we called down to get more pillows cause we had 3 kids they only gave us 1 extra one. The pool was freezing and it wasn’t clean at all. Only good thing about it was the breakfast.

We stayed for a single night and we had a pleasant experience. We’re always a little leery about going to new places and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the rooms were spacious (we’re a family of five), and the staff was friendly. We did not go into the gym or pool but those also seemed along the same lines by a quick glance. The only downfall was the breakfast. With how well everything else was we were pretty excited to see what they had and it was very underwhelming. We ended up just walking next door to Cracker Barrel. Not a single one of us wanted to eat at the hotel and my 5yo is not picky.
