We were in the area to drop off child for Fall Semester at Walsh University. The hotel is 15 minutes from Walsh. The hotel is modern, has a very nice lobby, and a small but adequate pool area. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The location is ideal: close to I77, Walsh,small Akron Canton airport, and more. We have stayed there before and will stay there again in the future.

We would not know about this property because they would not accept our reservation. They said Expedia had no right to book the rooms and we were stranded at 11:30 at night with nowhere to stay, no car, 6 people and a baby. And yet I have multiple emails, text messages with confirmations . Horrible experience

Nice hotel. It was clean and seemed well maintained. Beds were pretty comfy but are on the more firm side, so take that as you will. Pillows were awful but that’s pretty normal for most hotels. Small pool and hot tub was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was available but cost extra.

Nice hotel good size roons friendy staff. One issue they claim half of thier lobby is " part of the restaurant bar( no one eating dinner at 0930pm) many people drinking all over the lobby ( travel baseball parents) I was sitting at table table having a beer i was told I was " in the restaurant and because of thier liquor license i could not drink my beer there...but i could drink it at an identical table 5 ft away over some imaginary line. Promlem NO other seats open in the lobby...Its a good thing he made me move Ohio liquor control was probably monitoring Hilton Garden Inn Hotels on a Saturday night. So ridiculous its like givng some one a ticket for going 35.5mph in a 35 mph..Leave your guests alone dont treat them like little kids.
