Hampton Inn Lancaster

I had to leave because of family emergency’s, the nice lady at the teller recommended I reach out to the third party seller (hotels.com) and get a refund. I did, and they said that the hotel rejected the refund request. THEY ARE THE ONES THAG TOLD ME TO DO IT. Not happy at all. You guys only offered 25 usd of the 165 I spent. Please just give me a refund.

My low rating is based on two reasons. First, the eating area is way, way too hot. We were in town for a wedding along wirh many members of my family. The area was so hot it was unbearable, discouraging any long visits. How sad and unfortunate. In addition, we had a flat tire and needed just an extra hour for late checkout. The lobby person would not grant it and sure enough, our keys stopped working. Like the title states, they couldn't get rid of us fast enough. How disappointing.

This hotel was nice and had a very friendly staff. I thought Jackie (sp) was especially nice and had excellent customer service skills. They had a nice big breakfast with many choices. The hotel was clean and comfortable and big enough for us to put our baby's pack n play in the room. The hotel was under some construction, so I didn't get to see the pool, but I'm sure it will be wonderful when I am done. The only disappointing aspect of my stay had nothing to do with the hotel or staff and everything to do with the fact that they charge an extra $50 fee in case something is damanged/stolen. I was not expecting to pay this charge, so this made an otherwise lovely stay feel more disappointing than it should have.
