Drove 5 hours to the hotel YOU guaranteed through your site! THERE WERE NO ROOMS! THEY HAD BEEN BOOKED SOLID FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS. I expect something BIG for YOUR MISTAKE! Try explaining this to your family if it had happened to you!I expect some form of compensation from YOU!

A lot of family issues that started on Mother's Day. Had to cancel our Florida visit.. with no refund granted to take care of both of my parents in 2 different hospitals. Husband planned this so I could recharge myself. It was perfect weather was perfect

The staff at the Lodge were all amazing and kind. Our room was clean, and the indoor pool and hot was a win for the kids. I highly recommend The Lodge when wanting to stay in Geneva on The Lake!

Husband and I came for a romantic weekend. We had dinner at the Crosswinds just down the street and breakfast at the Lodge. It was a very clean room. Our biggest issues were that the heater would come on and was very loud each time and the thermostat was so bright it lit the entire room. The other most annoying thing was that there were kids running up and down the hall and banging on doors including ours. We just did not expect that from this type of a quality lodging. There were people in the breakfast dining room in their pajamas allowing their kids to yell and run around. We chose this place vs going to a cheap hotel thinking there would be some control over these kind of events. We tried to just overlook it all because we don’t often get a chance to get away. Maybe the next time we will try one of the cabin type rooms .

The Lodge is right next to the state park and right on the lake. The rooms were really nice, better than I expected based on some other reviews. The staff there was very nice to us and made us feel like we were on vacation even though we were just passing through on the way to NY for the holidays. I'm sure during the summer this is a gorgeous stay in the middle of wine country and next to the marina. Even at this time of the year it was scenic, the lobby was decorated nicely for Christmas and the fireplace was a cheerful place to sit. The pool and game rooms and work out room looked fun although the kids forgot their swim suits so we didn't get a chance to try out the pool. The only thing we found that was surprising, there's no direct way to get from the path by the lake that goes to the state park back to the lodge. We had to slosh through the mud when we were done with our walk and walk all the way around to the main entrance. Admittedly it was a minor annoyance.

The place was very clean and very nice with comfy beds and very friendly staff. Our only problem was that we had to pay a $15 fee for amenities we did not use. We stayed one overnight to visit wineries with family. We spent our whole time with them, so we did not use their pool (it was October and chilly) and we did not use their bikes, or any other amenity. They would not let us opt out of the fee, though. All we did was sleep there. That was our only negative. Everything else was very nice.
