My family and I were in town to visit friends. The hotel was clean, staff was very nice, and the free breakfast was great!! No complaints!

My family loves the Drury for our out of town stays. Facility was very clean and well kept for how extremely busy and packed it was. Food was replenished and maintained hot for an extremely packed dining area. The kids had a blast in the pool. Our room was in perfect order.

I rarely leave reviews, but I was blown away by the service and amenities. Workers were always moving--cleaning, chatting with people about their stay, etc. Our family enjoyed the free breakfast, free dinner, free popcorn, beverages (including adult beverages) and a huge, clean room.

I like staying in the suites which have 2 queen beds and a separate room with a couch, chair, desk and tv. This is a great are ro relax or visit with family and the pull out couch is great for the 5th person in our party. I also like the large breakfast area. Although we didn't use it, there was an indoor and outdoor pool.

Compared to other Drury Inn check-ins, this one was fair. There was only one receptionist working behind the desk. I was fourth in line and I use a cane, standing for any period of time can be troublesome for me. One worker walked by and said, "hello" after waiting roughly 15 minutes another person came from behind and started another line & checked in. The buffet area was busy, heard a lot of kids. We went to our room and went back down for the dinner buffet that was included in our stay. Talk about loud, screaming kids!!! I had contacted this hotel earlier about cancelling, due to another issue. I was not able to cancel, however - I do think if I was told about the event going on, and the hotel would be filled with screaming ten year olds, I would had tried to find another hotel. Getting back to the buffet, it was good and we didn't have to go out to eat. However the moment I turned the corner into the buffet area, the floor was wet from kids coming and going from the pool. I do use a cane. My kids are 18 & 23 now, the reason for our stay was to watch my son play in his college football game. I am an icu nurse, and with covid and other seasonal infections going around, I was a little reluctant to the buffet. Breakfast was much better and quieter. We had plans of enjoying the pool also, but there were too many kids that it was difficult for me. Due to recent surgeries & mobility issues I walk the length of the shallow end of the pool for exercise. Wrong weekend to stay here.

This is one of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed at. We were in town for a baseball tournment and this hotel was booked with baseball, basketball and softball families. It was extremely clean, very quiet and the staff was absolutely amazing. They were very informative, food service was stocked with all kinds of teenagers eating the food. I will stay here again when in the area.

Their breakfast buffet has always been amazing! They now have an afternoon drink buffet too which was a surprise but very much welcomed! The facility has maintained its cleanliness and the service is top notch. The one feature in this hotel that makes me and my family come back every year is their pool!! Half is inside and half is outside which is super fun in the winter time!!!!

We stayed here when visiting family. The hotel itself is in a great location, close to the highway and with several restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help out guests with any request. Our room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately our room was next to the stairwell so we often awoken early in the morning by the slamming door as people used the stairs. Overall the room and hotel were clean, but it seemed like sometimes small things were missed (for example there was a hair on the sheets when we checked in). Breakfast was pretty typical for a "free" hot breakfast although after a few days it would have been nice if there was some variety. We were never in the hotel at dinner time so we missed out on the free appetizers/drinks. My daughter really enjoyed the pool when it wasn't crowded. My biggest complaint is that upon returning home I realized that Drury Inn had charged my credit card in the sum of $385.00 when the room was prepaid through hotels.com and we never charged anything to the room. When I called they "investigated" and told me it was an error on their part and they would fix it. I was not given any further explanation or even an apology. They told me that it would take a few days and that I should check back later to be sure the problem was resolved. I am anticipating that the matter will be resolved, but am still a bit upset that it happened to begin with.
