These are very comfortable accommodations. The room is plenty spacious. We enjoy the walk-in shower. The staff are welcoming and helpful. This will be our go-to hotel when visiting family in Columbus, OH.

Modern, well-kept hotel with good swimming pool for grandkids. Typical breakfast fare with bases covered. Breakfast meat (pork links, turkey patties) could be a little better quality.

The breakfast, like all Holiday Inn Expresses, was wonderful. So many choices. The pool was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun in that. Everything was clean and very new looking. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Expedia was how we reserved our stay. We put a note on our reservation that we needed a crib. We even got an email confirming they would have a crib for us. When we got there there was no note for them and they did not know we needed a crib somehow. But thankfully they had one and brought it up to us immediately.

We have stayed here twice for our trips to Columbus Zoo. There are 3 adults and a child. The hotel is family friendly. The breakfast is AMAZING to be free. This hotel really goes the extra mile for their breakfast. The pool is well maintained and always visited on our trips. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the zoo, but it's an easy drive. It is easy to find off the interstate. There is an excellent pizza place next door called Luna's. Sawmill drive, with a bunch of dining options, is an easy 10 minute or less drive.

Our stay was for my kids spring break trip to COSI & Legoland. The hotel was clean, beds where nice & so was the breakfast. My only 2 complaints that I have are about the pool & the lack of enough luggage carts. The pool had way too much chlorine in it. To the point where we could see through the water & my kids eyes are still irritated Monday morning after coming home.

This happen to be a busy weekend for the area and kids events taking place. We were given a room right between and all around these noisy kids. Over midnight when the noise was very loud and continuous. We called the front desk several times and nothing was done. We asked for another room and were told there were non. We had a 3 year old who was looking forward to the pool and the pool had to be shut down due to someone had got sick in the pool. Just a very bad experience.

Great stay as always. Friendly and welcoming staff. This is our fourth time staying at this location. We come back because we have always had a great stay. I chose here because I know it will be good. Great pool for the kids, clean room, and good breakfast with the "pancake printer." My kids' most favorite thing! Close proximity to shopping and restaurants if needed.
