There was an active mouse in the room. They were sold out and couldn't move me. Acted like it was no big deal. Did not offer a discount or anything. We had to leave first thing in the morning because we were so upset by the mouse and I had requested a later checkout because I had my grandchildren spend the night. Will not use this hotel again. There were also stains on the bedding that looked like they hadn't been washed.

We had a very nice stay while visiting family over Christmas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen- could be better equipped with basics but clean and pleasant. Better than other suite hotels nearby.

Facility was clean, needs some cosmetic upgrades. Stayed with young children, suite with two bedrooms and separate sitting room was ideal.

My adult daughter and I spent four nights here during a Christmas visit with family. It was perfect for the two of us with the comfortable sofa bed included. Staff was friendly and responsive. The kitchen was a needed amenity and was clean and well-designed. One suggestion: include more kitchen gear including frying pan, cutting board and more cutlery. All in all, a nice, affordable place. We would stay here again.

I come to this area often to visit with family. Main Stay was a nice surprise. My room was very comfortable and clean. It was reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here often.
