We had a death in the family and had to make quick reservations. The room on the 6th floor was clean, well stocked and ready for occupancy.
Staff at the front desk were brilliant and the cleaning staff we met traveling the halls were all friendly.
This hotel has the quickest elevator we've ever seen.
There would have been 5 stars but the walls are a little thin.

It was very clean and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. There were many families staying there. I felt safe and was glad I made this choice as I was traveling alone to the area.

Fantastic! It's an older hotel, but I've stayed there around Christmas every year fo about 5yrs now...sometimes with extended family, sometimes with just my kiddos...regardless, each time the service was impeccable, and the accommodations were top notch. Love the flexibility of a regular room up through a two bedroom suite. I've stayed in each variety, and they're all great. Staff has always accommodated any special requests with ease and aplomb.

Do not rent out the entire tabled lounge so the vacation customers have no tables to meet with family.

We were very happy with the service, especially in the restaurant. The breakfast staff is great! We were visiting family and the staff were very accommodating, helping us set up a pizza party just off the lobby.
The pool was enjoyed by our grandkids and us. In all, it was a very enjoyable place to gather with family.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and everything functioned properly.
The only complaint we had was there were no towel bars to hang your towels on. We stayed 2 nights and had to figure out where to hang them to dry for the next day use.
The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful for the breakfast, especially Elaine and Carolyn.
We usually try to stay here when visiting family in Cincinnati.

We have been staying at this hotel for many years while visiting family, however, have not visited in the last 3 years due to COVID. Well to our surprised it has decline greatly. We got to the hotel around 9pm checking was fine, we got to our room and watch TV which muted the loud AC, when TV was off, and we were ready to sleep the AC kept waking us up during the night. In the morning we made our way to the front desk and requested a room change, they changed us not a problem. We quickly went upstairs and dropped off our bags in the new room and left right away. That night we got back around 10:30, took a shower and to bed we went. While in bed I felt something in my leg, to my surprise under the sheet there was a roach!!! I jumped off the bed and my husband got the roach with a napkin while I was quickly packing our bags. While packing my things in the bathroom another roach in the bathroom. My husband got the bags in our car while I went to the front desk in my pajamas as it was 11pm by then. They told me that they would refund our full stay but, never offered to pay for the next hotel or not very apologetic at all. I will be writing to management about this incident. Terrible experience had to find a hotel at midnight and go through all my bags and items one by one to make sure I didn’t carry any roaches with me. Shame on Holiday Inn, never again!

The staff wasn’t friendly to be in customer Service over the phone and in person a young lady early twenty she was very rude but she was the only one my room 107 had no toilet paper only 1/3 of a roll I opened the glass closet door which fell on my head no one apologize for it breakfast was $16.99 worse stay ever the rooms are out dated with an old carpet stale smell the sauna was out of order the hotel keys didn’t work in the rooms the outside door or the pool entry once I tried to leave the pool area I was locked in both was very unacceptable use the money I charge for the rooms and start fixing things we should’ve gotten offered another room unacceptable again we won’t be back I’ll be sure to tell my family and friends how my bad experience was glad I wasn’t hurt since the hotel staff didn’t care

Horrible. We booked a suite & arrived to be told that hotels.com overbooked the rooms & it wasn’t available. We ended up having to stay in 2 different rooms with 2 small kids & full size beds with a 6’5” man lol. It was horrible!!! We should’ve received a refund, but hotels.com says they can’t find proof of the booking with the confirmation number lol. It’s listed on my bookings though. Thoroughly disappointed.
